Why oatmeal? How are you getting any energy without any carbs,no potatoes,rice.Is this diet good for someone that works out alot and needs carbs to function.
I thrive on gluten-free oats. I think it is only the oats processed in facilities that prices gluten products that needs to be avoided. Soak overnight, especially if unprocessed, to make oats easy to digest. Especially good for people of Northern European ancestry.
