Broiled Salmon with Rosemary

  • wild salmon (avoid farm-raised at all costs)
  • olive oil
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper
  1. Brush mixture of lemon juice, rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic on salmon.
  2. Brush broiler pan with olive oil; broil fish 4″ from the heat until flaky when forked; about 5 minutes per 1/2″ thickness, and if over 1″ thick turn halfway.

    Making bread isn’t all that difficult rellay just time consuming. All you need to make sure you do if have the water warm but not hot, the yeast needs to grown and ferment, body temperature does this but never boiling as this will kill the yeast. Give it a go though, it’s cheap to make so if it goes wrong you won’t be out of pocket either.
