Ingredients:

Turkey, water, Redmond Seasoned salt (sea salt, coriander, spices, mustard, black pepper, paprika, herbs), lactic acid, celery juice.

    I thought these were paleo, I am disappointed that there is lactic acid listed as an ingredient
