    Hi,

Whilst I am always on the lookout for tips and tricks to help with the effects / symptoms of Crohns. A post like this leaves me wondering why?

Do you have any reasoning as to why I should avoid sugar and all its variants?

Great looking blog though, very nice.

I suggest taking a look at the Specific Carbohydrate Diet for an explanation – really good information to be found there.

    Good luck!
