Eliminate sugar! Not the natural stuff from fresh fruit, but the refined stuff that’s in just about every packaged food.

Following this one simple step has dramatically improved my morning stomach routine and leaves me feeling much better throughout the day. Read all prepared food labels and watch for sugar.

    Whilst I am always on the lookout for tips and tricks to help with the effects / symptoms of Crohns. A post like this leaves me wondering why?

    Do you have any reasoning as to why I should avoid sugar and all its variants?
